Our Programs

T.H.R.I.L. offers a number of programs to accommodate all different types of participants each with their own benefits. Our participants range from ages 4 to unlimited with a huge variety of challenges. Here at T.H.R.I.L. we believe that everyone should be able to experience the joy that these horses and ponies give.

Adaptive Riding

Adaptive Riding involves the participant mounting one of our many horses and engaging in a planned course with support from volunteers and an instructor.

Horsemanship

Horsemanship is working with the horse on a ground level. This include simply walking with them, petting/cuddling, or brushing and grooming them. Their calm energy is very nice to be around and their personalities shine with how supportive and communicative they are.

Senior Program

Our senior program has some select horses greet and engage with the participants. The participants can remain seated or standing to interact with our therapy horses. Our designated therapy horses (and ponies!) keep calm under almost any environment

Carriage Program

Our carriage program is available for our participants who are unstable while riding, require additional support, or need additional accommodations to ride. The horse-towed carriage allows for the participant to enjoy the thrill of riding while knowing that they are safe and secured.
